Permanent INRAE research position is open at the Institute for Genetics, Environment and Plant Protection (IGEPP) in Rennes.

This position will focus on the chemical ecology of plant-insect interactions and particularly on olfactory communication between plants and phytophagous insects. The successful candidate will develop research to decipher the elements responsible for the specificity of the olfactory signal in these insects. The results generated will also contribute to the development of strategies to control insect pests based on behavioral manipulation using plant odors.
