The 2025 annual meeting of E-NICHE will take place from 25 – 27 June on the historic campus of the University of Evora, Portugal, located in the heart of the city.
The first morning, Wednesday June 25, will be dedicated to the Management Committee (MC) meeting, to which MC members and the E-NICHE Core Group are invited. At 13:30, all E-NICHE participants are invited to join us for the registration, during which you will pick up your badge. The meeting will start for all at 14:00, featuring various sessions and other specific round tables and discussions. Please see our booklet with the complete program and all abstracts.
Our host provided Information about Evora accommodations and how to reach the city that can be found here, where you can find also various maps and info’s. Local people informed us to book the train or bus ticket before the arrival in Lisbon. Our manager sent already information on reimbursement process to all invited participants. It is important to follow the COST rules for that.

Around 100 participants will be attending our annual meeting. Participants who have informed us at the time of registration of their wish to present an oral or a poster presentation, or participant to special session (SME, YRI, workshop WG2), have all received a template to fill in to prepare a meeting booklet. This booklet will be emailed to all participants prior to the meeting, together with the final program, including the different times of the oral and poster sessions, with the latest meeting news.
