The Swiss Chemical Society (SCS) Fall Meeting 2026 will take place on 27–28 August 2026 at the University of Bern and is one of the largest annual research conferences in Switzerland, bringing together more than 1,000 participants from academia and industry. The meeting includes plenary lectures, poster sessions, young investigator presentations, and nine thematic parallel tracks.
Of particular interest to our community is the dedicated session on “Chemistry and the Environment, Chemical Ecology”, which will feature invited speakers and contributed presentations from PhD students and researchers working at the interface of chemistry, ecology, and environmental sciences.
Researchers interested in chemical ecology, environmental chemistry, plant–insect interactions, natural products, and ecosystem processes are encouraged to participate and contribute to this interdisciplinary event.
