It can be equally challenging to find a job for recent (post)graduates in chemical ecology as it can be for search teams in academia or industry to find good candidates for chemical ecology related positions. To identify whether there are any potential mismatches between what candidates offer and request and what employers offer and request, E-NICHE would like to ask you about your experiences in hiring candidates or in applying for chemical ecology jobs.
